Title: work out schedule...

my work out schedule is monday and thursday is chest and back tuesday and friday is shoulders and arms and wednesday and saturday is legs and sunday i do cartio... my problem with this shedule is that i dont want to do two main big body parts on the same day (meaning chest and back on monday and thursday) does any one have a good schedule>? if so can u please post it THANKS bigjoe

you could do a  four day split that repeats and only take sundays off

for exampl
fday on chest/bis/abs
day 2 legs
day 3 shoulders/tris
day4 back/trap
day5 repeat

or a true six day with twice a week
chest/shoulders/tris
legs/calves
back/traps/bis
repeat

Try working each muscle group once a week. Most are amazed at how much more they will grow.  Your muscle grows when it receives optimal rest with intense heavy work outs.  This is what works best for me

Mon:  Chest/tris
Tue:  Legs
Wed: Off
Thur: Back/Bi's
Fri: Shoulders
Sat: some cardio and maybe light legs

Thats what I do and it works perfect for me.

Mon chest
Tue Back
Wed Legs
Thu shoulders/traps
Fri Arms

Plus I own my own gas fitting business and work a lot of hrs I find 1/2 hr workouts fit into
a busy week a lot easier than the 1 hr full body sessions i used to do.
