Hi

This month our cover model is IFBB Figure Pro Juliana Malacarne the only Brazilian professional competitor.

Would like to thank all the people who wrote the articles.  We also have a not so new section that should be running monthly. "Ask Misty Green". We include in this issue articles such as "Upper Leg Stretches using HPL resistance bands" by Summer Montabone, "Top 5 Oatmeal Recipes" by Kaisa Piippo, "The Colors of Figure" by Linda Cusmano, Video Interviews and exclusive coverage from the Sacramento Pro show. Juliana is one of (if not the most) the most insane beautiful figure girls in Brazil. She trains like a horse, is very, very powerful, and has just launched a training DVD here in Brazil. She owns a great debt to Mr. Waldemar Guimaraes, a once Dorian Yates' corner man, as I've already stated here before, since he trained and worked with Yates in Temple Gym for about 10 years. Juliana is one of Waldemar protegées, and she's gonna take the figure championships from assault, coming 2007. Watch out !!!

are you serious?  ive been to brazil before and i could easily pick out 50 to 100 women who look a million times better than this she ra wannabe on her way to looking like a man.  she is pretty, no doubt, but the prettiest?  please.   ::)
