I have cone shaped thighs, my thighs r especially deficient on the inner lower part,i mean, the area of thighs above the knees on the medial side.how can i improve that area?anyspecific exercises?

Fool around with your foot placement on the hack squat, you should be able to feel where the strain is most focused on that muscle. I think if you point the toes outward 30 degrees or so it will target that area more.

if youre talking about the tear drop part of your thigh(which i think you are) leg extensions isolate that area very well but make sure you only do leg extensions to burn out your quads at the end of your workout dont use it as a main exercise. stick to mainly squats and leg presses as your first exercises.

point toes outward on squats and leg presses...do one legged leg presses as well. pointing the toes outward will stress the teardrop more...make sure you come down for full stretch.

If i use a constant weight while modifying my stance,i mean feet position will it help me improve the lagging part?
