Vince looked great (I was there). More contest-ready that night than Victor.
That said, Victor is more of a complete bodybuilder when he's on than Vince ever was, and Vince was great enough to place third once (behind Haney and Yates in 1991).

Yes, Vince was always known for his calves and arms.
Lacked back detail and thigh size (sweep) compared to the other top guys.
