I know this guy, he's 24, not the brightest, who's been on test (or what he thinks is test) from some UG lab since july 2005, without taking a break. He weighs 190 lbs at 5'10, and is weaker than me in almost every exercise, and I'm natural...

How do you know what gear hes taking? And how come you know exactly what weights he uses?
You are either a compulsive liar or very creepy.

A dude in my gym is a bit smaller and weaker than I am but is always on tons of shit. At least he looks like he works out though, but still, he could have attained that physique naturally instead of doing constant cycles. ::)
he's 98,9% BF EASY

kids at my gym take dbol like they were skittles. They all come in bench their max, do some way to heavy curls, talk on their phones, then end up bloated. All they ask me is ?'s about gear....never training or nutrition. I just tell them what bloated idiots they are and they still do the same shit.

5'9, 180? And on drugs?! What a little turd...

The biggest mistake people make is not dieting on juice. Sure, take 4 weeks to get your weight up, but after that, clean up your diet and start rotating your carbs, add in a little cardio. You'll find that if you do it slowly enough (especially with a little growth added) you'll just start hardening up at the same weight. Guys reason that they aren't yet big enough to cut because they think they'll have nothing left at the end of it, when you actually put on the most muscle during a contest prep phase. Don't get me wrong...you need to loosen up the diet and just train hard and heavy, but not for very long, because seriously, the amount of muscle you put on after just the first few weeks is gonna be really insignificant. Hence the reason these guys juicing like Squadfather's talking about year round remain 190 and just don't develop the sort of muscle maturity that would lead them to look like actual bodybuilders. I think it has something to do with some sort of orthostatic set-point your body depends on related to blood pressure to determine whether or not adding more muscle tissue is a functionally-viable option for it's increased performance.
I don't think many people realize how many people are actually on shit or have been.

This point is so important for people to understand, but nearly no one does, even after all these years of bodybuilder experimentation. It just hasn't been make a popular understanding for whatever reason. It's so fundamental, though, and probably does more to explain to many of you what you've been doing wrong than anything else. It actually takes alot of experience to figure it out on your own. Lots of ups and downs, lots of trial and error, but I believe this to be the most crucial factor responsible for looking the way we all want to look...to whatever degree of relative size you're talking about.

Well we all know that there is tons of bogus gear out there.I think most of the time these younger guys get ripped off and are either taking fake gear,or underdosed garbage gear.
-
;D
He was one of the two juicers who told me NOXplode was the same as running gear.
Splendid. I am now a "gear" user.... ::)

Nah, IMO most everything's got enough in it to make you grow to a significant degree if you do the whole process right. We've all seen guys do next to nothing dosage wise and look good as hell if they handle the rest of their diet and training correctly. So nowadays when guys are shooting 6 cc's of Mexican shit a week in their first cycle, even if the shit was dosed in half or even a quarter of what they actually claim on the label people should still be getting more results than what they are. Results that 95% of us here would be more than happy with achieving.

no offense Jeff but you seem to make a lot of assumptions as to what "people on here" look like, how do you know if you've never seen them?

Well I decifered* this with the help of Jaiquon, you know the ni**a from the Watts,
we have both come to the conclusion she is throwing the "Avalon Garden Crips 88" sign,
u can see this from the below assortment of signs ni**as have thrown.

There's this guy who posts a bit on a bodybuilding board, over uses exlamation marks and makes fun of other people from his gym. Judging by his comments, he would have us all think that he's a 300 pound monster with 20 + inch arms but no one has ever seen a pic of him. His favouite retorts are now very predictable and mundane as well.

Combine this with a seasonality aspect in my area. Yup, always know when it's early March when the typicals get ready for shirts off shore club weekend when there's an increased amount of squeezed zit puss...............on the mirrors..........that are in front of the machines........used for chest and biceps.

please explain more on this thoery. I normally either use to get big (12 week mass plan) or use to get lean (12-14 week cutting phase). Do you do it all in one cycle?

You can put on muscle on a precontest diet but it depends on a few factors. For example: if you have been clean when you start your prep you can add some LBM, most of which will be water due to creatine levels going up, blood building effects of the steroids etc. In your example adding GH will increase water stores further so it's a bit deceptive. But if you have been on shit a couple of months already it's pretty hard to switch to a calorie deficit and continue adding muscle. It's pretty hard to put on any appreciable muscle in a deficit since muscle doesn't form out of thin air. It requires energy and protein.
I do agree with what you have said about dieting in general, that it's very beneficial to diet down once a year or so. If you use a bunch of drugs you may be able to maintain a lower BF% when you start bulking, GH excels at this.
