Another guy with potential (Dixon) will have to wait another year. When he finally gets his card, it'll be as a reward after 8 or 10 years of NPC competition, and he'll be too old to do antyhing with it.

Stan is gonna get lost! What is he thinkin'...? He's gonna pull a 'Dave Henry'? I don't think so!!

Not even the Tramp Stamp makes up for Stan's shortcomings IMO.
