Just finished dieting. back in off season and i need to add tri and ham size. any ideas are welcome. i want to prioritize but not overtrain.

I hit tris with chest, then on another day with bis. I would think about doing the same with Hams, hit them with quads lightly, then heavy on a day by themselves....
