I got a project now with some guys who want me to document an OpenGL ES port (come up w/ schematics, drivers for new hardware, etc)...and I have no clue about OpenGL ;D
(actually it's supposed to be me and another developer whose an OpenGL & drivers expert...I'm just along to do the docs and website...but they haven't hired this other developer yet and keep asking me to write the spec ::) )
I did 3D Visual systems engineering/development for 4 years at Lockeed Martin... 8)
ES is for handheld / Pocket PC based architecture if I rememeber? Anything you wanna know man, I'm having glRotate(x,y,z) flashbacks as we speak 8). I'm pretty knowlegeable about hardware architecture as well, especially with Nvdia chipsets (doesn't apply in your case but still)

But when they ask me to come up with the schematics for the drivers required to get an OpenGL ES clone to speak with the ARM processor, and then write some sort of demo app to show possible buyers, I just stare at them like a deer in headlights...uhg, garraeth no know driver speak...too hard...make head hurt...
And then remind them: that's not why you hired me.
If you know anyone, we might be looking in a couple months....I'm just the consultant, but I could put in a word for someone at least.
