How do I get my pecs to bounce? I can do it a bit but not as much as I would like. Is it practise or is it just a matter of getting bigger pecs? Strippers can do it despite not really having pecs.
So anyone here can do it??
I'm kinda setting myself up for flaming on this one I think! ;D

First of all size,
second yoga ;D
Just focus,
first strech you hands in front of you and start trying, after a couple of times you're brains should know which muscle it is.

I can do it, but it doesn't show much. I think it is practice, like anything. Try to isolate each pec and flex it without moving any other bodyparts (like shoulders). Flexing the chest brings my shoulders in slightly.

I'd sincerely like to thank you for this post. I woke up in a semi-bad mood today but simply reading this question from you caused me to spit my coffee halfway across the room, tonya cursed me because half of it hit her in the shoulder, then when I let her read what caused it, she laughed so hard she had to run out of the room to wipe away a booger that came halfway out her nose. See tonya is a snorter when she laughs.
Again, thanks for the funniest thing i've ever read here. I'll even assist you, hop up and down on a trampoline and watch them puppies bounce. Tonya and me are now sitting here trying to see who can make theirs bounce the most. But i'm losing my train of thought watching her, I want to chew her nipple half off now.

I'm glad I helped you...your advice however, was not exactly what I had in mind! ;D

When I first saw this post I was wishing it was from a female...guess not.
Your talking about muscle control (I hope). People overuse the term 'feeling the muscle' and 'mind/body connection' on this site, not really understanding the term. But muscle control is just that. Try putting both hands on your desk, in a quite place, and flex each pec lightly. Try to contract and relax, just repeat that over and over again. Nothing hard or trying to bounce the pec's. That can come later. You don't need a lot of muscle size to do this well, it's just mind control. But good muscle size makes it's so much more impressive.Just alternate between both of them. Can learn to roll the pec's up and down. Very easy after awhile.
A skilled muscle control person can move just about any muscle in the body. Doing a vacuum, where the ab's look like two separated knotted ropes moving up and down or to control the whole back area, where it appears that a live snake, somehow, got under the skin, is way too cool. I've been told that muscle control can also be a good workout plan. It does bring more blood into a muscle area, as well as training the motor units to respond at their highest level. I saw a demo once of a muscle control act, as part of a BB'ing show. Very impressive.
There are probably books out there on muscle control, I would think. Lot of the old time strongmen did muscle control with their training. It can also be a form of a inner muscle massage, which would bring more healing blood into any muscle group. Some martial artist train along that line. Yoga includes forms of mind/muscle control as the core of their movements. Good Luck.

I figured out I could do it when I was 16 when I used to do lots of pushups and pullups before getting into weights. I used to try to get 100 pushups in the least amount of sets, and one time I got a mild muscle spasm when resting between sets. From that point on I knew exactly how to activate that muscle whenever I wanted.

Dude you must be prety small if you cannot bounce your pecs - it's all about muscle control really and it'll come soon enough once you've developed a bit more mass. I wouldn't worry about it - there are far more important things to learn first in bodybuilding than how to jiggle your chest muscles.
