Yes, not the first choice of when it comes to protein.
I avoid it, yet sometimes ham or lean pork meat is okay.

I really do feel that pork is not a meat that should be eatin often preferably at all. If you eat pork often and dont believe me take a whole month off and then start eating it again and tell me you cant tell the difference. Sometimes you dont realize how bad you feel until you trully feel good. Not trying to preach do what makes you happy! :)

Pork today isn't the fatty animal it used to be. Like many other animal proteins out there, pork is bred to be very lean.

If you got a big fridge, slaught your own meat.
Get a decent adress for the meat, kill it, take out out his ingestions, hang it and let the meat become soft again, do not put it in the fridge,
after two or three days, cut it and put it in the fridge to store it.
Meat as it should be eaten.
