Title: 20 pounds in 3 months from pure lifting, clean eating and test eth..
Post by: ATOMIC on November 17, 2006, 06:11:18 PM
I jsut ran into a guy I knew at college and had lifted with a couple times Has put on what he says is 20lbs. of solid mass on an already good frame in a 12 week cycle, his first and he just finished PCT. I haven't started yet but is that normal? It seemed like alot of gain just from test... by the way he looks at this board occasionally and I say to you congrats if your reading this because you were getting eye raped by every chick in the gym ;D

20lbs is pretty typical...it's not outrageous.

20lbs of lean mass in 90 days?

For a hyper-responder maybe, but most people won't gain that.

Depends on how heavy the cycle was as well.

He might have meant 20lbs in weight, but that's not all lean mass.

Believe me.....

Agreed. 20lbs total, reasonable...20lbs solid mass, no.
