I worked that show with Pro Muscle USA & David Zelon. I did not find out until after the Battle of the Biceps... that the weights were fake. I'm still steaming >:(

I hear Alex23 did a supinating curl with a twinkie straight to his fat cheeks today.  This has to rank right up there with Hulk Hogan straight bar curling 315 with the assistance of Hill Billy Jim at WrestleMania 2.....

that sure didn't look like 255, looked more like a 45,25 and a 10 on each side of the bar.

It's funny, when the BoB (Battle of Biceps) was happening, I thought it was great... the crowd was going nuts... people were screaming... real cool entertainment ;D

When I saw Quinn's first few dumbell curls, I thought it looked kind of funny, but I still didn't know for sure.

Afterwards, I actually lifted all the weights that were used. If I remember correctly, the dumbells were @ 45 lbs +/-. The barbell had a real 45 pound plate on each side but the other plates were fake. I'd guess it was 175 +/-

That show was 16 years ago, but I think my numbers are real close. I do remember it was a blast to work and still have some good friends that I first met at that event.

As frustating as it may be, it makes sense, why would they risk muscle tears or injuries.

Those 100 curls looked too easy. I'm sure the 21" measurement was more like 19 1/2... if that.
