What kind of gun is this?

not sure on the rifle...but it looks like an M203 grenade launcher attached to it.

Thats a bullpup/Steyr AUG with a scope and an M203 gren launncher attach as stated before

Both the Aussies and Kiwi's use them. I have never seen one with the 203 attached but they have em over here.

those are the optics on the top.
the m203 grenade launcher is for m/16, ar/15/ m/16A1, f/4, not for the steyer aug, although the company does equip them with launchers.
