It always seems to go that way, 2nd place does the Classic and they both do the O. Anyone?

i dont think ronnie would win it if he did judging by his recent pics. Hes in a hell of a state, too many guys would pass him if the judging was fair, he should either take the year off and hope for 1 last shot at the O or retire with a legacy still intact. If he continues to compete and loses then he will become the Ken Shamrock of BBing

i agree. the Grad Prixs were a fiasco for him. if he competes again, he should put all his eggs in one basket: the O.

I think it's a chess match. I would think Jay will pass on the Arnold and go for the O, so my thoughts are with Ronnies current state he should do the AC.

If Ronnie has got any sense left in him, he should give it his best shot, do the Arnold, win it, then call it a day. Lets face it, he's not going to win the Olympia again now that Jay's star is on the rise. He'd be mad to do the O.

No way Ronnie is able to peak again after only 6 mothhs (he's 42!)... no ASC for him and no reason for doing that.
He's 8 Mr O and he's no chicken. He wants to fight one more time at the O. If he loses (and I wouldn't put my money on that) then he will retire.

I've heard this too for mainly supplementation reasons. It just taxes them too much to go to the extreme. Your body can only take so much NoExplode... ;D

while ronnie has retained great shape and it looks like he could be close to peak to smash the little rugrats like dex and heath at the Arnold, my money's on him waiting for the O.
Now if he DID come in and win the Arnold, it would only make the O that more exciting. If he lost the arnold, the O would lose some of its draw.

you know everyone can use money. i think he should do the arnold. why not 100 grand sounds nice. it would be a nice little nest egg for retirement

I wouldn't think money would be Ronnie's motivation at this point and winning back his title would be. He must have a decent nestegg by now. But I wouldn't bet on him winning any competition again Arnold or O. He would be best to retire while he is still known as the greatest bodybuilder of all time.
