Bob Sapps claims are 600 bench, 800 dead for doubles or triples depending how he feels and a squat not too far from that either. 355lb monster with abs, hes a genetic phenom no matter what you think about him. Reportedly had 26" arms at his biggest when he was in the NFL
Isnt there a monster who benches close to 700?
-
Yea, some guy that played for the Cowboys benched 700.

I've heard Tiki Barber is very strong for his size. He's a distant cousin of my fiance's and she brings him up whenever she feels like informing me she's related to more famous people than me. I have no idea why she does it, but eh, whatever.

No idea about strength. But I saw Corey Dillon in Marina bay last summer. He is a big fucker. Looked to be about 230. He was ripped also. I think the guys who hold some of the best genetics in the world play in the nfl.

Corey Dillon LOOKED to be 230 lbs this past summer. He is at least 225 in the offseason. That is obv when he is training and lifting constantly for the upcoming season. At training camp he had his shirt of with visable abs. He was not contest ripped. But he was ripped to a normal person. To me 225- 230 with about 10 percent b fat natty is good genetics. I mean I could give a shit if you believe it or not lol. The guy is 6'1 ::)

Larry Allen is the strongest bencher in the NFL, and Bobb and Warren Sapp are not related in any way.
