Sorry about it, but it is quite hard to give any respect to that, because Finnish BB:er Jari Leino have done seated presses behind the neck for four reps with 410 barbell. This happened somewhere in 87-99 in one of his seminars, so there was plenty of witnesses for this incident. That's strength, pure power, and I bet there isn't many who can accomplish that in these days.

thats more likely all drugs from this era.... it is MUCH harder to do this press standing. standing pressing 225 for reps is pretty hardcore to me

i can feel my spine pinching then cracking then breaking followed by my abdominals tearing apart

Anderson was truly a man ahead of his time. His pressing and squatting power was just ridiculous.

::) Take away the test and lets see if this monster could do what Anderson did in that video.

Considering Anderson was shear power and all natural and your finnish friend is 100% guaranteed on shit his accomplishmet is nothing close to Andersons. And I know a few people who have done what your firend has done (405) and like him plenty of witness's. And believe me since I have done the later, I don't think I couold have done what Anderson did. Guaranteed not from the ground.

Absolutely right!! Standing press is much more difficult and even 225 legit is good. These videos are real impressive.

i wish there was more written about his diet, i beleived he consumed LARGE amounts of fat mainly from milk or cream. and rumored for cows blood but i doubt that. he has a book out though im curious how much he ate?
probably 2 gallons of cream or milk perday
5 pounds of sharp cheddar cheese?

if you read all the articles on that site he goes over his diet pretty well...he said his squat workouts would last for 6 hours at a time, all the while sipping on milk. he said that despite his size he ate like a normal person, 3 meals a day, and that a very large percentage of his calories came from constant milk drinking. hahah imagine this guys farts.

it's common knowledge, if you go to www.ironmind.com they have an excellent book on Anderson called, Paul Anderson: The Mightiest Minister, he wasn't a huge eater for his size but was known to consume vast quantities of milk and would sometimes go through at least a gallon during his squat workouts and would sometimes take 20-30 minutes between sets

Jeez, maybe milk is the answer. I drink a ton of milk.
