If you read the auction closely it wasnt even the PS 3 for sale. It was the contact info to someone who had one and would sell if for the right price. People are such fools sometimes.   ;D

Geezus! Someone ACTUALLY paid $1,100.00 just for a "contact information" on where to get a PS3??? And then on top of that, IF the price is right he'll sell you a PS3??? Boy, talk about being blinded by the hype.... Or just being a complete fuckin' idiot.... Or both!  ::)
