Title: what with chris cook and gammo O?
Post by: whitewidow on November 20, 2006, 10:21:48 PM: what happened with chris cook and gamma o?? did chris just give up on them or was he cutt? is cook being sued? whats the deal?? is chris cook done and headed for legal troubles??

Post by: Chick on November 21, 2006, 08:58:14 AM: Chris is pursuing other interests at this time. After this past year, and the Gammo-O debacle...he decided to secure a better future for himself and his family that isn't dependant on BB related work.

He's only 30, so I wouldn't rule out him coming back at some point in the future, but it's safe to say it woudn't be for at least a few years if at all...

Right now, he's keeping in training and thinking about doing some UFC style fighting, as he has a pretty decent background in wrestling/ boxing/ fighting...

If Chris' focus and energy is anything like it was in getting his pro card...I wouldn't doubt he does very well in MMA.

on another note, every time i have met chris, he has been a genuinely nice guy. i hope he does well with mma.
