charles still trains but of course he doesnt carry that kind of muscle anymore.

he is in good shape though...i would guess he weighs somewhere in the 180's.

The pic with the white straps is pretty much exactly how i want to look right now... but white, and taller, and probably without dreadlocks ;D

If i was ever in a position that i needed/could afford a trainer I'd hire him in a second.
