Title: Best Food for BBers on the GO
Post by: shiftedShapes on November 22, 2006, 01:46:31 PM
Ok we all know that Cake is the most Annabolic food out there, but Birthday Cakes are just too big to carry around sometimes.

I think cupcakes are best food for BBErs on the GO.

This one is great post-workout

"Caramel Apple
One of our most popular cupcakes. Incredibly moist vanilla cake with apples baked right in the batter. Frosted with our signature vanilla buttercream swirled with apples and topped with drizzled caramel."

For a kick start pre-workout I usually supplement with one of these

"Cappuccino Cupcake
Heavenly chocolate cake filled and frosted with Crumbs signature cappuccino buttercream rolled in chocolate chips and dusted with sweet cocoa powder."

Haven't you read Musclemag ?. The best food for bodybuilders on the go has to be one of the many fine supplement bars from Muscletech ;D. Each bar contains up to 30g of protein to build rock hard muscle plus 10 g of carbs for your hardcore training. Don't waste time with cakes, your just robbing yourself of hard earned muscle, you deserve better.

SERGIO!!!!!!

Well I can't argue with that.

Maybe cupcakes are the second best food on the go next to the GAKIC (is that a type of puke?) peanut butter shit log candy bar

pizza hut for the poor in the offseason,,,bbq in the onseason
sushi for the rich both off and on (gotta put $60-100 per lifter to get enough calories out of it)

always remember water DOESNT = fat,,,,it all drops the moment you lay off the hormones and protien powders,,,so eat anything you can if you ever wanna nail the 250lb+ at 5'9,,the balloon look will go as fast as it came. you want! this baloon look when you bulk. muscles love water,,,they grow under it,,you dont grow at 7% and dont let any one sell you this bull.

**being on drugs and consistant training,,eating,,sleeping routine is a must for the above to work. natural guys will not be able to achieve those results while maintaining decent bf% nor will they be able to achieve it as fast.

I still don't subscribe to eating pizza and Ice Cream for anabolic properties, maybe I'm too old school. However, I would say that when I ate at Arnolds old restaraunt Schatzi on Main, I would wonder if he ate all that garbage while he was training.  That place was full of good, fattening so called anabolic stuff.

You all have to convince me, where am I going wrong?

eating fat is not what makes you fat.  It's eating too much and being in a state of caloric surplus that allows your body to store fat.  A food like ice cream is satisfying and nutritious because it has a good balance of macro-nutrients and it is delicious, same goes for birthday cake.

Trans fat/saturated fat/processed/bleached/super heated  etc junk food is what causes health problems....Natural foods are O.K....some Natural foods are junk food.

I've discovered Italian food as a nice way to go.  Calzones and chik parm, 3 times a week.
