Man I hope this post is ment for each individual - as everyone has their weak and strong point - and I think you learn this as a newbe after scratching the surface of working out.

I never met her Kiwi. She just said that Shadow knocked her up, so I paypaled her the 7 dollars for an abortion in that pos country.

Actually my quads and calves were growing so fast I had to take leg day out of the lineup for a couple of months. My TRiceps are easier than my biceps. My traps are growing fast. MY mid delt is faster than my rear delt and its taken a long time to get my chest and lats to come out...go figure.
I guess its genetics+techniques.
