is it better to run before you work out which i think is rite because it will raise ur heart rate up or is it better to run after you work out?

Running's good for a warm up but it's really personal preference.

Easy 10-15 warm up before training, 30min intervals on the treadmill or bike (preferably spin bike) after, it's a simplified energy system workout!
