Title: thanksgiving sale

hey guys, my local vitamin shoppe and gnc are havin some big after thanksgiving sales.  and i'm completely out of pretty much everything.  any ideas of what i should get?  basic protein and creatine?.. anything else?...anyone have any good experience with any new products lately?

Even at GNC's BEST sale they are still way way waaaay overpriced and you're better off going ONLINE and ordering to save lots of $$$.

 Don't buy anything from M.Tech first off all...nothing. Or B$N for that matter.

 Stick with a quality blend of different proteins, for example ON's Pro Complex and get a good multi-vitamin formulated for men and the cheapest creatine you can find. PLAIN...no sugar and food coloring added.

 That's eh...thats about it. To be honest.

there are plenty of good websites.

you could take a look at bizrate.com and type in any product or company.

you can usually find some very good deals on whey protein and other items.
