Chest, Tuesday
Squats and hamstrings, Thursday
Shoulders/Triceps, Friday
Back and a couple of sets of biceps, Sunday
Leg Press and calves, Monday

i've been spiltting up my leg workouts because i was having so much knee pain doing heavy squats and leg presses on the same day and since doing this my poundages and reps have increased on both movements with zero knee pain.

Seriously.....Max-OT. I have to say it did the best for me out of everything. Other things worked well when I first started. Now that I am more "seasoned" I find that the long warm ups, quick workouts, and heavy weights work best. Max-OT also changes days and movements every week which is great for keeping things fresh!

Upper/Lower split or a Push/pull style

the only real bodypart split I do is a 12 day rotation.
