Hey bro, glad to have you and welcome to the forum. Dieting is a biotch.....but is worth it. Stay at it!!!! I lost 35 pounds over a six month period last winter......it can be done. It is a long process but the longer you do it the easier it becomes.
What does your workout routine look like?

Basically i go all out 4 each body part once a week
monday: abs/forearms
tuesday: cardio (basically power walking for like 1 hour)
wednesday:shoulders/legs
thursday: break day
friday:chest/tris
saturday:back/bis
sunday:break day
yea i know its a real generic typical kind of workout routine but it works for me.

Sounds good bro, what works for you is all that matters. Wed seems like its a tough workout, if you were to ask for any advice i would say hit shoulders and abs on monday and legs and forearms on wed. Just my .02
Peace

You might want to change your age from 17 to 18 in your post for legal reasons. This forum is supposed to be for adults.

sounds good. My only suggestion is to break up the monday & weds workout.. to mon: legs/abs wed: shoulders/forearms. That way will add greater value to your workout.
