Was impressed that Warren and Jackson did not just toss the weights after a heavy set of presses, like most punks do with half the weight. Like they just did some huge set and they cant even finish with out throwing the weights down....so everyone else can see thier big 90lb db presses.

It appeared they also use alot of triceps in thier presses shown by elbow placement through the press, I know power lifters press like this  :-\
