Making softcore, or even hardcore, porn aimed at the gay dudes is not a crime, is it? It is legal, at least until the Jesus mob take over. Posing alone, in a shower for instance, is not "gay" because there is no other guy with him. Straight guys shower too, you know... well, sometimes... So technically this video is not "gay for pay," even though it is softcore porn aimed at the gay population.
By "gay for pay," I presume you mean an otherwise straight guy who has sex with men in return for money. Bodybuilder or not, that guy has broken the law.
And if anyone who is convicted of a crime loses his pro card, Victor Martinez and Rodney St Cloud, among many others, would have lost their pro cards.

I think there are different levels of gay-4-pay.
1) Stripping
2) Flexing
3) Spreading the ass cheeks/sucking client...and everything else......

Guess Stan will not be able to be governor of California, as Arnie, (angels sing with full orchestra as I type), had quite a gay following, and did gay for pay also. Arnie posed for Interview magazine, a gay publication in the 70's buck naked, and it was quite a spread, no pun intended. He also as he became more of a public figure, went around cleaning up loose ends and getting pics destroyed and or aquiring them, to sanitize his past.

Personally, I couldn't care less.....
I just find it amusing that Stan doesn't like to be called gay, and seems to dislike gays, but has no problem taking the gays money.........posing for them, etc.
