well its been a while since i posted here on the board...but i wanted to put up some current offseason pics...
stats are currently
6'0 246lbs
I have plans to compete next year in 07 and to hopefully earn a Natural Pro card....i wanted to do it before the age of 25 but with a kid on the way, things change, so i guess hopefully it'll happen next year as i turn 25 in DEC....well let me know what you guys think

Good base for a natty. You will IMO need to be about 190-195 as a natty after dieting down and so forth to look diesel. I can assure you that once you get that fat off you will look 100% better. Most people that have never dieted or got up a litle heafty offseason have no idea what to look for or what they're looking at. IMO you are about 13-14% BF honestly. So to me that puts you right there under 200 depleted. Scale weight is the biggest mis-conception in BBing. Pictures ultimately tell the story everytime! Hit us up next year after the ice cream melts and then we'll see where you really are. Good luck...
