Lee i was wondering how your offseason is organized for example: i know your loose with your diet but do you monitor your protien intake and shoot for a certain number of meals throughout your day. Also any cardio in the offseason? Does training change at all?

TRAINING THE SAME.CARDIO 3 TIMES A WEEK....I MAKE SURE I GET THE PROPER AMOUNT OF PROTIEN THE REST I NEVER COUNT I JUST EAT..OR GRAZE.

Hahaha. That's basically my bodybuilding diet too - but without the cardio. :)
