I have been reading about Eric Broser's Power Rep Range Shock training system and fancy givimg it a go.Has anyone tried it with good results? Also I am unable to find the full routine-does anyone have one or a link to it? Thanks,Jon

Jonno gb: Might want to do a simple search on PRS or aka Bodyfx. Concept that reminds me of the Ramp system of the early 90's. Really nothing new. Try it and tell the results. Worth a go anyway. Good Luck.
