Can he improve on his Olympia winning condition or will it just be more of the same?

I think we saw his best about 5 years ago ::)
-
Definitely not - he's improving and I think he'll produce an even better package at the 2007 Olympia.
-
I'd say yes. His whole body has improved since many years ago, but I think this is the best Jay we'll see, unless he can further improve his back to get it really tight.
-
No but he'll never touch an on Ronnie. He is one of the least vascular pro's and lacks in detail, thus making him look far less of a freak.

Jay's done what guys like Labrada and Ray did before them, they improved thier weeknesses and made them thier strengths. Ray brought up his back a ton and got it to the point where he could hold his own againts anybody in the sport. Same with Labrada, that guy had no flaws. Jay has imporved everything from top to bottom, his good body parts are still good but his back is tremendous now. The only problem was that for Jay to play ronnies game he had to put on so much size it screwed up his waistline, if he can bring that down to where it was in 2001 he'd be incredible. I'm not saying he doesn't have abs cause he does, his midsection looked to have a good amount of detail but the width was just horrible, streamline those obliques and he's got it.

Maybe his vascularity will become more visible in the next few years (nanox9) i remember his chest never use to budge when he hit a most muscular but his separation has developed.
