Title: K I decided to put a pic of me after a workout....flame away
Post by: Army of One on November 27, 2006, 11:50:38 AM: Just finished a gruelling back workout currently cutting down after gaining some fat.Doing hour and a half cardio a day and keeping carbs low. Seems to be working great in shedding the unwanted fat I gained.

None of you guys believe anyone, i'm starting to think all the guys that don't believe anyone are most likely fat asses in real life and jealous. even jealous of an old fart like me. so from now on, when i'm bashed i'll take it as a compliment.
