Oh brother, he acts like he might kill someone with those lame martial arts moves. ::) He's very fast, but has absolutely no power or strength. Monster 19" legs.

He dwarfs Van Dam so for a martial artist his physique is above average.  Notice there was no heavy benching and squating in his routine.   You aren't going to get huge doing curls and jumping rope.  He was great in Spawn.

dude is funny. I think i could look like martial artist if i was punching at the air and moving my hands all crazy. Cant do all them kicks and shit. But i can watch Enter the Dragon and mimic the moves from there and look like a kung fu master.

p.s.  "i do light weight, high reps"
Thats so gay.

Great shape.  You morons always judge people by bodybuilding standards.  You probably hate looking at yourself in the mirror.

i cant speak for others. But im pretty big. I was his size when i was 18. but as far as the kicks and shit. Looks like he would whoop someones ass. Im not judging dude. And he has gotten bigger since that picture. In the movie with DMX he is pretty swole.

From what I understand he was a former kickboxing champion before he started acting.

From what I understand he was a former kickboxing champion before he started acting.

according to imdb and a few other places he holds black belts in seven styles and has 26 titles. i have a feeling he doesn't care if a few chumps on a message board think his arms are too small.

He did, tho you have to remember most actors are small and the camera adds 10 pounds or so.
