Everyone is different. There is no determined dosage for anybody.
Just take it with with your foods when you can....Cod Liver Oil is your best bet.

Try to get Carlson's Cod Liver Oil- Liquid or Pill....
It's Mercury free.
Most Omega-3 Capsules are rancid....at least refrigerate them to keep them fresh.

BAH!!! To the pills I say. Open up a can of sockeye salmon. How fuckin' hard is that? If you're on the go, make it sardines, since they're easy open.

I agree, whole foods is the way to go but anything in a can is stripped of it's vital nutrients. Do the best as you can is my belief..

If you dont have time or money for fish then just take the recommended dose for your diet.

Most Omega-3 Capsules are rancid.

Do you have a source of that claim?

Mercola can be a source of good information, but he's also in bed with Carlson.

Several years ago, yes, there were some questionable products out there, however, in recent years the refinement processes and quality have greatly improved.  There are many high quality fish oil products available.
