Much professional bodybuilder untrained
because of pain from flat bench

Yes, if it's front part of the delt and it's not a tear, it could be labrum irritation do this little test.....move your arm and shoulder across your chest, if you feel a "catching" type of sensation it could be a labral tear, if not it could be just simple irritation, switch to DB's and get off the straight bar. If the pain is deeper in the shoulder and even hurts to do lateral raises, then it could be rotator cuff, either way, Ice and anti-inflammatories if it gets worse, get an MRI!
