You forgot that clip of Jouko Ahola with a bleeding nose! Anyway, terrific videos! The music is also insane!

I attempted 605 for the first time last Friday and barely got it off the ground. >:(

yeah, thats a mean ass lift. Thats what I'm using for rack pulls still, so I got a bit before I am pulling that too man.


What are you weighing at these days Dan?

Hedgie is the same weight as me, he's got a mean DL. I dont know where I am right now, but nothing special. like 525 at 198.
