Well doesn't that just suck for me!  I bought this about 2 years ago.  Tom Venuto definitely knows his sh*t, but ever since I purchased, I seem to get about 10 emails a week from the guy!  I've unsubscribed, but to no avail!

Based on my reading yesterday, I'm upping my complex carbs and trying to bring my carb-protein ratio into a more acceptable balance.  It was getting pretty rediculous for awhile, I was consuming 60% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat.  Great resource and getting it free was very cool.
