Title: Requesting *Ruhl* and *Sonbaty* Posing Tracks

I thought these two were great classics, but don't know the names of them...

1. Markus Ruhl's track from the 2003 Arnold. I've heard it in a TV promo, so hopefully someone knows this.

2. Nasser El Sonbaty's 1994 Olympia track.
