Short answer: Clen. 2weeks on followed by 2 weeks off. On 'off' weeks...ECA stack(s) twice daily.
Real answer: Consistent patterns in cardio, training and eating with a carbohydrate rotation of slow burning carbs and plenty of Omega, essential fats, fishoil.

I've tried the Methyl Ripped recently. Probably the strongest product since the ephedra days....this stuff is crazy.
