I am wondering about using third degree burn and halodrol by gaspari nutrition, is there a good fat burner I should try? Also, is halodrol worth trying ? I am about 225 and looking for more definition. How does one achieve the dry look? Thanks

To achieve that 'dry look' you have to absolute dedicate yourself to getting it. How long do you want to look 'dry'? Are you competing?
Gaspari has NEVER made a bad product. All of their stuff is top notch. Excellent company. Very reputable and trustworthy.

I would like to compete in about 14 weeks, I just dont know how to get that last bit of definition for that contest look.

That extreme dry and grainy look doesnt come from 'supplements'. Trust me.
Gaspari makes good stuff though!

so is there a diet or do the fat burners help at all,

There is a diet but it all depends on who you are, your expierence level etc...
In a nutshell...high protein, low carbs and moderate-high fats. Intense training, consistent cardio and manipulation of water, sodium to give you that dry grainy look.
T3, clen and DNP help as well. Good luck.

I'm finishing up the halodrol liquigels cycle with the test boost and size on creatine. I haven't weighed myself yet, (started @ 215 lbs) but the strength has shot up dramatically and I feel good. No aggresion, etc etc.
You want dry? Diet to get there.

If you want dry, cardio 2 x a day. cut out sugar. increase lean protien sources. Also on your workout go for high rep and less weight

The only Gaspari Nutrition product I've tried is SIZE-ON. It tastes fairly good (the Lemon Ice one has the texture and flavor of an exploded lemon meringue pie). You consume it during the workout when you train and before bed when you don't. It gives a bit of a kick, while you're training.
It's a bit pricey (costs just as much as CELL-TECH), unless you get it on sale, as I did at Vitamin World. But, overall, I'd recommend it.

I tried Gaspari SIZEON and LOVED it. The only thing I should point out was that I had not used any creatine supplement for three years at the time I tried it. I put on about 10 pounds and did not even change my diet. Most of the time I didn't even drink the SIZEON during my workout as recommended. Frankly I didn't expect results and was blown away. :)
