Nice build, although someone needs to find him a neck.

Decent high school build...good chest and quads.
Needs to up the dose and quit playing around. also that isn't the best spot to inject your quad IMO.

my calves have just never grown. i train them, they're not strong but not weak. I do seated calf raises with 4 plates.
i don't care really. i won't compete so don't need big calves.

You just don't know proper form. Same thing with Layne Norton! haha I do seated calf raises with 90 pounds most of the time hahaha and my calves are 17 inches (bigger than your arms!)

17 inches, shminches, you're 6' 4", i'm 5 7".
I use 90bs when i train calves with high reps with perfect form. 4 plates for low reps.

Seated if mostly for the soleus , you need to do standing and donkey calf raises with big weight for big reps .

Not in your case.. 20% training 5% nutrition 75% shmoing!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep training the calves/hams, BASTise. High reps and high volume for calves...do your thang, cuzz...
Remember...test prop at 100mg injection into each calf every 4 days will work WONDERS for you, BASTino.

i dont agree,,
for a guy who doesnt compete or doesnt want to compete it is better than decent physiqe. lower body is horrid,,i would work the legs in your case with low reps 6-10 and as heavy as possible + intense training of no more than 60 min and that means little rest,,it will add on you about 10-20lb from leg mass alone.
also add some body fat on you,,,eat some soup so you can work heavy ;),,,your body fat is too low to make any improvments where you need to (legs, delts and back to a lesser degree)
grow now,,cut later. people do not seem to understand this concept.
