My advice:
You should have taken the Employment law module.

Whatever you do, don't contact the women in question, and don't fcuking lose your temper when getting called in tomorrow.
Be the nicest guy in the world, but deny everything. Don't make any accusations, just stick with what happened and nothing else.
If there is a union representative at your work, you could talk to them, or call the local union rep, they're always interested in fighting those kinds of fights I suppose. ;D
Just don't lose your cool, and don't sign anything.
Best thing you could do probably, is to get ask the boss for one or two more days to look at what you're charged with, since your job is on the line.
Then contact the union. I doubt this situation is grounds for dismissal actually.
Especially not since you're denying ever saying it.

Kinda strange but when I have to disciplinary one of my staff I have to give them 5 days to prepare a defense and than have the hearing...

i used to work for a company and the boss had money stolen out of his office. me and 3 other people where there. each of us denyed stealing the money, so he brought in a polygraph. before we had to take the test one of the guys admitted too it and gave the money back. so maybee you should ask for a one. if you did nothing wrong, the girls will show deception.

Sounds like a case of reverse discrimination. I think you can get a lawyer to take for zip. Get in touch with your union rep like Zac said and don't let this bitch screw up your livelihood. You're in the right, fight the good fight and you'll win.
