what???

NO!!

You don't get it.

Take OFF days from ephedrine, and a lot. The stuff doesn't really help in burning fat, it's way overrated.
A good clean diet are way better, unless you are aiming for the last bit of BF.

Ephedrine is a hell of a drug, harsh on the prostata and heart and not for those who aren't mentally stable.

Idiotic statment showing a complete lack of knowledge. I could point you to over 40 scientific peer-reviewed journals saying otherwise.

Ephedrine is an extremely effective and safe drug when used properly.

Mmmmm, then let me see someone popping ephedrine without having a proper diet...

Trust me, i know that it works, i've taken it quite a bit. But it ain't no miracle pill like most people think. They go to ridiculously high amounts of ephedrine before getting their diet in check. I have had good results with a good diet and ephedrine.

It IS effective with a very good diet, if not it's only average or even worse, the sides are overweighing the good parts.
Safe? Well, it's not safe if taken over a longer period of time, in high amounts or even periodically over a longer time.

Ephedrine should be taken with serious precaution, just have a look into the ephedrine sticky at the top.
Why would you think the stuff isn't a legal medication drug, not even with a prescription, nearly in all europe and japan, plus in most US states.
It's dangerouns, and everyone who says different will probably learn it the hard way.  :-\

I've never claimed that you shouldn't have a good diet. That is assumed.

Secondly, ephedrine was in cough medication for years, but now is off the shelves becuase of conversion to meth. It had nothing to do with safety. In every journal I looked at, I saw no warnings of long term effects.

I will agree with you that ephedrine is to be taken seriously, and a lot of people don't follow this. I personally never used more than 25mg in a 4 hour period.

Another reason that ephedrine wasn't used in prescriptions was becuase they have a better alternative - albuterol.
