i would say afghani chicks,south american chicks are the prettiest..also indian chicks are sweet too..black chicks altough not the prettiest but they do have smokin bods though

Lol, I think there's more to it than that. This "study" was based on proportionate numbers of hot women to not, and takes several factors into account, like style, sophistication, etc. Which is all a part of what constitutes hotness for both genders.

All women are hot, one can't say which is hottest, due to one's peference. Nearly any mix of dark and white.
Mix a white and dark skin person and their kids are almost always the best looking, imo...
When they are young, yeah, they look cute. But when they grow up, Not all will look like Semar Moore , Boris Coju, or Mya or Halle Berry. Hell, Halle is starting really show her age now

Each races has less less attractive sublevels, such as whites under the endearing "mutt" label. Some genes including those from Western Europe usually lead to more refined features mixed into any race, whites included. Scandinavians, French, Czech, Belgian, etc.
It's hard to generalize because there are hot chicks in so many places, including Manilla, Turkey, Spain, France, Montreal..
Nice thing about non-Americans is the absence of boob-jobs for the most part.
