i new arnold was gonna come out also, there must something new *up to date book* outhere, you know with new tips and diets, supps etc......

i leafed through some of that book.  it's not bad.  it's good if you like a certain bodybuilder and he's in there, you can see their routine, provided that:
a. he's not lying
b. you don't care that their cycles aren't in there

Just find a training/diet program and stick with it, then change up where necessary. Any book can give you tips for training and diet. Arnold's is great for both of those things and you can learn alot from it.
