I could run 3-4 miles before I could run no more. how about you?

Well after stopping twice before I even get to my door, I would say 3 or 4 long strides.

Probably 4+ miles. Usually I can jog 2 miles at a good pace pretty easily.

2 weeks ago i did 15miles @ 210lb - it did take about 3 hours (had to start at 5am so I finished in time for work)
No matter how big i get, i still want to be able to run at least 10miles - if that means i limit my mass, so be it.

about 50 feet since i have shin splints from squatting heavy, i can only use the eliptical for cardio.

I'd say about quarter of a mile for me - possibly half a mile if I really pushed it and there were no hills to climb. :)

prob about 6-7 miles, i do 3 miles twice a week for cardio quite comfortably. i wonder how far ronnie or jay could go?

No idea, pretty dam far id hope, should b able to do a marathon. if my back held out (fitness is v good but pounding hard ground for long period of time can irritate old ligament prob in lower back), so if i warmed up back enough b4 i went, then pretty far.

I'm doing max-ot cardio and the last time I went all out in 16 minutes I got 4.35 miles on a recumbant bike, heart was zooming though...I got that last week on wedsday and have not tried to beat it since.

If it was an all out sprint? I'm pretty sure I'd go down about the mile mark and die. Or at least hope I'd die after all that running. :P

Man I am out of shape. I'd say 3 miles. People are saying 6, 10, etc... How much cardio do you guys do a week?

All drugs. EPO 4 times a day plus EQ for more endurance then GH to recover....lol

Same shin splints, use to be a postman and my beat was 7 miles, then boxing i would run 10 miles a day.Now i have given boxing away and concentrated on bodybuilding i could probaly run 100 meters before collapsing in a heap with shin splints.

Sounds like a lot of guys on here need to do some cardio for basic health.
I do cardio...but I don't run. There are other forms of cardio for basic health besides running.
