Weird isn't it? That picture was taken at about 11 am eastern time. I just looked out the window and the traffic is moving on the highways. Which is crazy, since it is usually bumper to bumper from 2 pm until after 7. I wonder why there is lighter traffic on random days ???

I love it down in the Financial District. Do you go out and sit in the little common area where the grass and benches are and eat lunch and scope the talent? It's a great way to spend 45 minutes.

No, you are correct. I used to be the general manager of a few different nightclubs. I did that for a few years after college. Now I work in marketing. I work for a large firm. Views pretty nice!
