The best posing routines in my opinion are the powerful routines with powerful music - Nasser ,Yates, Fux.

A great routine can be done with any sort of music, IMO. All depends on how you pose to it. Every style has its niche.
This is posing at its finest.

Beautiful, well balanced physique.

Labrada, Priest and Padilla...best "short" guys of all time.

Still waiting on your picture there squadfather, from the way you blast everyone, from old men like me to now you are bashing pro's, i mean by god i bet your quads must be 58 inches from the way you run your mouth.
Please post a picture of yourself, ok? Cause i'm thinking and i know i'm right, i'm thinking you don't even workout.

Labrada is one of the best posers that ever graced a bodybuilding stage! Very classy , true master of that up there with Ed Corney, unlike the new generation crap that Kamali and some others pros try to call "posing". D

nobody on this board could get to his level of bbing, and place where he did,and present his physique the way he did.and have a family life to go with it,even though he had to do what "it takes" to be a pro.great build.

i know, i would have to lose 8 inches of height and lose 60 pounds to get to Labrada's "level".
-
Lee had the kind of build reminiscent of the old school bodybuilders who looked streamlined and symmetrical. He was a class act that understood it's not all about clumps of lop-sided mass, and didn't want to look like a stove.
Not to mention, he's now a successful businessman and still has his health since he never went overboard on the drugs. If I were an aspiring pro bodybuilder, I would follow a path similar to his. Outstanding posing routine btw.

GOOD LUCK....and in his prime he'd still beat you,i'm not insulting you,but he was a good pro.

i know man, i'm just kidding with you, but seriously the only two short guys i've ever been impressed with are Lee Priest and Momo Benaziza because they were so ridiculously big, Labrada was just too short and skinny to me.

in the 80's even when he was placing 2nd at the O he was a little "small" but the thing was by the time he stepped onstage at the 91 and 92 olympia's he had put on a good amount of size, not as big as Priest or MoMo but he was pretty big....do you remember a guy named Vince Comerford? he was a pretty good short guy, along the lines of MoMo...
