Title: How big is your PUMP ?

When you train arms, how much do they pump ?

Mine about a inch sometimes more.    Is that about normal ?

i had to stop training arms, because my pumps got so massive they would cause the muscles to burst out of the skin and make one hell of a mess.

Back to the topic.....I've never actually measured, but they look much bigger after my arm workout, maybe an inch or so

I'm not sure how much exactly, all I know is blood is rushing into the muscles and you get a really tight feeling like your skin is going to explode, it feels differant, it feels fantazic.

I stopped doing biceps and triceps together because the pump would stretch my skin so much it would get really itchy, it looked cool having them pumped up like that but it was uncomfortable. Can't say I ever measured before and during though to see the difference though.

id gess about an inch also. maybe less.

strange thing i ifind is tho no matter how big ur arms are if they are 12" or 19" ppl always claim and inch increase. liars lol
