do you hate to train the most ?
For me it would have to be abs, and calve. I guess because it kinda boring.

well you gotta remember those little ones are basically just straight rods. fucker slipped right through my hand. luckily my two spotters were there or it would have been a catastrophe. :-X

i tore ligaments in my knee squatting, i don't squat anymore. i do hack squat and leg press.

I highly doubt you have done any such exercise especially for the thighs. Although I doubt discount your butt blaster use.

I both hate and love to train back the most. Hate because it's the hardest and most tiring part for me, love it because if I train it with intensity I feel great afterwards from a determination perspective.

Gotta love Aluxxx. He thinks he has massive quads due to all the comments, so he blasts a guy who has good quads. Onset delusion, stage 4. Seek help.
For the topic, I get frustrated when I can't get the form right or something like that, but I like most exercises.

I actually like trainin almost everything right now, I'm showing alot of improvements in my "weak" bodyparts so I'm excited to get to the gym.
I'm not a fan of cardio in any form, that's the only part of going to the gym that I don't like...I've got an eliptical at home and I don't even like doing that, just bores the hell out of me.

I hate training chest, traps, back, legs, abs, triceps and biceps. I don't mind training calves.
